The Experience
We serve dinner to only 30 guests each evening. No crowds, no distractions. Our focus is entirely on the product: the freshest local catch, purchased daily from village fishermen, and cooked slowly over traditional coconut shell coals.
Hand-caught lobster, charred over coconut coals, dressed with lime, local coriander, and Piri-Piri butter.
Whole reef fish, ginger and lemongrass crust, coconut-coal charred, served with sweet plantain.
